0.6.0 update notes:

If a Commander was in the process of retraining after their assignment to another ship before the release of version 0.6.0, then they will be automatically retrained to a 100% training level after the release. [UPDATED]

Better do all your ship captain reassignments before the patch!

Kurfurst done along with Minotaur and Shimakaze, with free XP. All captains transferred to take advantage of the "free" re-training. Did the same to place captains into my Schchors and Pensacola

The new skill structure allows players to really custom build their Captains. Will have to experiment as I have quite a few captains, including one Level 19 with a lot of Elite XP

Only played with my Minotaur this evening and am absolutely loving her!!

Have not played my Shchors yet though she's been sitting in port for some time now as I was reluctant to re-train my captain previously. With the 0.6.0 update, she is now captained and I will be bringing her out of port soon. I envisage she will be as nice to play as the Budyonny but with more guns, balanced with lighter armour though.

Yeah lor....because of that, the enemy CV could keep a fighter squadron hovering over me where ever I turned, keeping me detected most of the time.

Can one....hiding in smoke, shoot at BB and chasing down CV. I've had >100 hits before with my Kamikaze

I think you should include the Minotaur on your list. She can invisi-fire and although damage is not heavy, is damn irritating.

I won't use CE for BB and instead of High Alert, I would invest in Basics of Survivability. Points balance would go to Preventive Maintenance and Expert Marksman

Regardless of nation, my BBs are built to brawl and that is why, I often find myself out in front on my own whilst my team mates seem to have difficulty getting their boats in high gear or worse still, going in a different direction at the sight of oncoming enemy ships

Haven't been playing much either as I only managed to sort out issues with my rig yesterday. For some unknown reason, FPS was down in the teens. Eventually sorted out yesterday after I bit the bullet and reinstalled Windows. Now, back to 70 FPS.

At T7, DDs will be quite safe as there are no radar ships other than Atlanta, Indianapolis and Belfast, all of which are premium ships. Here is what we can expect to be seeing:

DD
IJN - Akatsuki & Shiratsuyu, both very capable DDs
USN - Mahan & Sims, will be challenging to play them
RU - Kiev & Leningrad, will buzz the enemy ships and counter DD
KMS - Leberecht Maass, cannot comment as I have yet to play this line
Others - Błyskawica, I expect to see lots of this in the coming Rank season

CA
IJN - All the ARP ships will be put to good use but they are essentially Myoko
USN - Pepsicola, she will be detected through most of the battles I would say the 2 USN premium ships will contribute to the side they are on only because of their radar
RU - The Shchors will rain down fire on the enemy in capable hands but do be reminded that she is rather fragile
KMS - Yorck, one word, "Yuck".
Others - Fiji & Belfast. I have a feeling these could emerge as favorites for the coming season

BB
IJN - Nagato, she is a capable brawler
USN - Colorado
KMS - Gneisenau & Scharnhorst, expected to be favorites

CV
IJN - Hiryu
USN - Ranger and Saipan

For me, I will likely see my Scharnhorst put to good use.

Means a lot of kaya-raya players with premium ships
