break-fast the only RN cruiser with HE..the rest all none..this is not the big problem but the shell velocity so slow sometimes i wonder where my shells go 
even when you sail the most tanky of ships you need support

Ermmm...to be honest I can't brain it as well. I don't complete any mission in battle, but my base exp was 1.1k even without any damage be done. Yes, I'm using premium account (to boost my captain exp ).
Probably comes from 50 % free daily exp & free 100% exp using Halloween camo (while assist in capping). I don't get how the game mech do their math......

While my 3rd game using my Shiny-horse, I'm manage to get 45k damage with 1 kill & several ribbons - can't gain more  damage due enemy ships is on other side of map &  the game end fast due to everyone play aggressive.

But still manage to land single salvo citadel (TQ RNG)  on "single digit rank player" who using Belfast (hide in smoke); with every single player in my team manage to get tons of achievement.   

I'm using Type 6 camo on my Sharnhorst (free 100% exp as well), but still can't pass my exp that I gain from Mahan in early game.
