I think one more day, I should be able to scrap my Gneisenau for the Bismark. Her twin-gunned turrets with high dispersion really sux compared to the Scharnhorst

Bismark unlocked and fully upgraded with free XP. Going to bring her out when I finish the cruiser missions.

Extremely so especially when you also have the Scharnhorst, which is sooooo much better. It was a painful grind out of the Gneisenau. Can't say I will miss her...

Have not bothered to play the Pepsi. She is rusting in my port. USN CA, Cleveland is still my fav money printer.

RN cruisers are quite tough to play. With only AP, enemy ships just need to stay senget to avoid/minimise damage. Their armor also paper thin. Only good things are their torps (6km range) and of course, smoke. I only just started getting used to using RN CA's smoke. Now on T5 Emerald.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, from T4, have HP regen

The Leander is actually much nicer to play compared to the earlier tiers.

Yes, quite painful when learning the ropes with RN cruisers. Once you get the hang of them, they are admittedly quite fun. 70k XP to unlock Fiji.

Will definitely try to unlock the T10 Minotaur. Her guns rotate super fast and she spews out AP like a machine gun!

Too many ships to grind. Currently doing German BB (T8 Bismark) and British CL (T6 Leander). The British CL line is quite interesting to play once you become aware of their strength and weaknesses.

It's not too difficult to get to T6. Balanced it with some free XP for critical upgrades and using flags.

My Leander Captain, started from scratch with dragon flags (stopped using now), is with 12 points, which I allocated to:
1. BFT and BoS
2. EM
3. Superintendent
4. AFT

Not sure whether I should get Jack of all trades or CE later.

BFT and AFT will be dang good for T10 Minotaur later. Her AA is fantastic!

400 HP for every ship tier won't make much difference for a fragile ship with SE. DE definitely won't make sense for british CL with no HE tongue.gif

I tend to go for gun range upgrades first for any ship as I believe you can then generate XP quicker for the other upgrades as you are able to hit more targets. I usually leave the hull upgrade for last, second last if there is a torpedo upgrade for that ship.

The Fuso is painful to play until upgraded. She can be a really good brawler, especially when supported.
