Have to decide rather I picking Mikhail Kutuzov or Dunkerque - and end up with the Dank; give the French Navy a chance in game LOL.
Some small review for those who plan to get her. Here it is, the Dunkerque.

First Impression
The Dunkerque is one of the France Navy ships, which pretty exotic and her design is unconventional compare to other nation.
Well she have everything about France on her ship, from her camo, to her turret, to her life saving boat, to her own "Ben Clock tower"(the most clock that been putting on the ships in the game) & almost everything on her is about French.......
The Dunkerque Clocktower... er I mean super structure.
She have 2 main battery with quadruple gun (2x4 330 mm) as her main power at the front bow; equip with 5 secondary armament (2x2 130m)& (2x4 130mm) which locate at the mid and back of the ships..

" VALUER DISCIPLINE" - The motto of the ships can be find on her 2nd main turret
The name of the ships at the both side of her stern.
Sure French really love to show their made to people...
Don't forget, the Dunkerque have one thing that every ships don't have in the game.

Battle Station.
Despite her design pretty unique, I find out I'm struggling to play her in early, so there a few thing you should know to excel play with her.
First of all. she's only have 2 main turret. If one of them were knock down or destroy, well just surrender or get ready make yourself become torpedoboat. But chance her turret to knock down is quite low, its make me a little relieve . Remember she can easily get blaze easily as well, just like German ships. BTW, shes has 27 sec time to reload....
Where's the water when you need them.....
Second, she is not a sniper scrub. I repeat she can't become a sniper scrub due to:
1/ she's only have 18 km range and her shells dispersion is not great - easy to miss. So shes excel on mid range.
2/ her AP shells easy to bounce when you shoot any higher tier BB or heavy cruiser who point the bow or angle towards you.
But......
She's a excellent HE spammer ships in this game. I mean she have 35% chance to get fire on enemy ships on every shells that hits them. So when early the game, load HE as ur primary ammunition , you can easily to get 4k - 8k damage on every ships that been hit by ur HE shells, while watch their world been burn with fire.
Somebody get toast......
Third, despite she's got a title a battleship in the game, she's NOT.
So when you play her, you play just like you play a cruiser..... I mean a big cruiser, just like Pensacola but with less gun.
She's DON'T HAVE SIDE ARMOR. So if you expose any tiny bit of your broadside, chance you die in single salvo is very very high. Even a cruiser or low tier BB easily do massive damage on your broadside with their AP shells.
Why France....why,...............
Forth, when engage the enemy, fight with point your bow on & always facing ur bow to the enemy ship. Be a support ships to ur friendly cruiser or battleships & don't make urself become a tanker, because you not a battleships (only the icon). So keep urself with friendly everytime
Facing off a high tier battleship alone like Bismark is not a good idea. So always tag along with your team when engaging.
Fifth, when try to escape from battlefield & the enemy try engage you from behind , you can use your secondary at the back of your ship to draw fire on. them. Surprisingly, despite she got few amount of secondary and only with 5.3 km (without secondary buff from research or captain skill), its quite accurate and have a high chance to set on fire to ur enemy ships.
Finally a very working secondary.........
Sixth, she's very easy to maneuver . She can turn very easily which is great when you try to dodge enemy shells or torpedoes. She's not fast (28.3 knots) but she easily regain speed to the max. So always use WASD hax everytime.

Final Conclusion [U]
1. For Collection or Co-Op battle:
This ships is unique & have a fun factor to play. Since she's the only French ships in the game. so why not give a try.
2. For random or rank battle:
For those who enjoy more guns, become a snaipah, or gangking(manly engage); this ships is a BIG NO for you.
For those who prefer become HE spammer or support role, you may have it but depend on your playstyle.
3. For grinding (credit or captain exp):
Not really since she's the only French boat in this game. You may just hunt for Free EXP or game credit (silver) not really woirth.
The Dunkerque is one challenging ship to play with. It's hard but it maybe one of her charm just like French girl.
Yeah , everybody has their own teacup. Its not a ship for everybody, but still worth by her own league.
