QUOTE(DSEcomp @ Sep 4 2016, 07:44 PM) i cannot bicep curl above 15kg per arm Not with that attitude. is it without taking supplements i cannot be stronger or cant adding weight that i lift? Protein powders helps you eat more "cleanly" if you may. Since the good ones dont have much calories, so you can better manage your macros. If you eat "normal" foods and still hit your macros, its the same thing. For me as an ovolacto vegetarian, it helps a lot since plant based proteins are hard to find/expensive. So no, you dont need supplements. Right now youre just hitting a plateau. My max is 15kg right now too if that makes you feel any better. |

if you want to improve your strength, dont need do bicep curl. do compound movements like squat, bench press and deadlift better, at least for the first few months of strength training.

Those will have almost 0 carry over/improvement to his bicep curl strength. He wants to curl moar! |

I find it very annoying when people think supplement helps them lift heavier.
These people think supplement aka whey protein = "juice" and always have to specify "Currently not taking any supplement" in their question. F**K! ![]() too hard to understand? |
