hey everyone and future neighbours. been reading the post since thread 1 and it has been very informative . recently bought Avenham type E because my home binister doesnt like the balcony like type C bcos she thinks it always been underused. might as well make something else out of it.

currently staying at alam suria by IJM for 3 years now so im pretty much used to Puncak Alam area. but lucky to say i've never experienced the infamous morning jammed at PMD because i dont use that way to my office. instead im using Latar and PLUS with rm5 toll but its worth the money spent i think. able to reach my office at bukit kiara in 40 min

thanks bro. totally agree with u bcos i rather be in a smooth but further drive than in a jammed but shorter drive. less stressful that way . plus the time is more or less the same and it could save ur petrol too.

Sneak peak

I think these were taken during their internal event past few days. These were for Avenham type B/C and D. For Graham and other types Im not so sure. I guess we just have to wait until it is officially opened.

Yaaa it was tiring for the first few weeks. kinda expected since the mileage itself aldy 45km but give it time and soon enough you would get used to it

i think the middle wall tht separates the kitchen and the living has to be brought down for more open space. look much wider tht way

morning friends...went to the sales gallery last tuesday and the SA informed that they managed to secure rm20mil sales on the day of the launch of EG village alone. not too bad i think
