depends on when EW wanna renew it.

If EW renew it after VP, we will get 99 years after VP. but if EW renew it before VP, we might get less than 99 years when VP.

under normal case, developer will renew and convert the title to individual title/strata title after VP

so near yet so far to Guthrie. Actually when master plan preview, I thought EcoWorld will take initiative to build connection to Guthrie.

i got some update too.

1. Graham type C price increase from 525k/528k to 540k/543k. Increment of 15k (~3%). Discount increase to 6%, instead of 5% during first day launch. So net price increased is ((540k x 96%)-(525k x 95%)) = 8,850.
2. Shop lot units will launch in this year.
3. Phase 2 will launch after show unit complete. Target Q2 launch. Price will increase around 3%.

According to SA, Eco Grandeur phase 1 come with 2+1 years defects liability period.

Letter will be issued to purchasers informing the 1 year extension. So now only verbally inform. I hope EW will give us black & white asap.

I saw the palm oil farm opposite EG sales gallery had been cleared. What is the future development of that piece of land? hospital?

300k for 800sqf apartment... absolute price is low...
only 375psf...
cheap or expensive have to depends on the common facility if any... guard house? fenced?

the fb closed group is for Eco Grandeur fans / ppl interested in the project...

there is no checking if you are already a buyer... there is no owner fb group currently...

Not so sure about the ID of Graham/Avenham which is better.
personally I think the finishing and material used in bare units are more important.

Any different in tiles, sanitary, staircase grills, windows, door materials between Graham/Avenham?
