Few things to share.
1. Found out the current master title lease is until 2100 only. However, EcoWorld will apply for extension for a fresh 99 years. So upon VP might have balance 98 or 97 years. But they didnt put in writing for this. Only verbally promise.
2. Price have increase 3% for every units now since its already 2017. Once the show unit completed, another 1-2% will increase.
3. They are still applying to put Eco Grandeur in the address. So the postal address should be something like .....

One thing would like to add on point 3, in fact in our spa already integrating "Eco Grandeur" in our road name, but still this would required for final approval from municipal council which remained uncertainty.
Hopefully our local municipal will approved eco grandeur in english into our road name n hopefully we would not follow footstep in MBSA and MPKL
i got some update too.
1. Graham type C price increase from 525k/528k to 540k/543k. Increment of 15k (~3%). Discount increase to 6%, instead of 5% during first day launch. So net price increased is ((540k x 96%)-(525k x 95%)) = 8,850.
2. Shop lot units will launch in this year.
3. Phase 2 will launch after show unit complete. Target Q2 launch. Price will increase around 3%.
