I try to look for dalil or reason of this pengharaman

But seems to be all from hadis. And no verse from quran

And of the main issue is cuz "takut cuba melawan kuasa tuhan dalam mencipta makhluk"

But not every statue built with that intention or purpose

Like langkawi. Theres a big eagly statue simply cuz the name langkawi is partly derive from that animal: helang
