Sorry if this is resolved already, but in a bit of a rush, and need help. I tried to link my CIMB debit card to my paypal acc, but I got this error:
"We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. Please also make sure your credit card billing address matches your PayPal street address." any idea why? the address thing is it? |
