hello.. i just want to ask.. any1 using rhb bank with paypal here? i have verfied my account and i even top up paypal is usd. but when i try to make payment in ebay, i keep getting this message:

We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).

any1 know what is the problem? is it my paypal or my card? huhu..

and btw, i just verified my account last nite. is there any time i have to wait to use paypal or i suppose can use it now?
