What a colossal was of time. It's a good thing I noticed when I received an email from 'PayPal' saying that he's already credited the money into my PayPal account but they're holding it until I email "payservice_references@in.com" the tracking number before releasing the money into my PayPal account. So I logged into my account via PayPal's website, I didn't see any transaction at all. And so, I Googled the address of the email and here I am. So let everyone be aware of this. If in doubt, always always always log in to PayPal directly from their own site to check. And if you're still unsure, send PayPal an email to verify. So conclusion, payservice_references@in.com IS NOT from PayPal. vmad.gif

Well, I didn't fall for it. I was parznoid the whole time. But I'm not one to discriminate a valid customer just because it may be linked to Nigeria. But unfortunately, it was a scam. I even forwarded the email from 'PayPal' to PayPal and they've confirmed that it was indeed a scam.

Oh well...live and learn. Share with people your experiences so others will learn too. Never under estimate how gullible people can be. And nowadays, common sense just isn't that common anymore. Haven't you heard? ;-)
