If the seller conduct sales in USD you have to pay in USD, if the seller conduct sales in MYR you have to pay in MYR, all sales will not exchanged to other currency, it will be like that until you perform transfer in different currency, for example, if you pay USD but in your account have MYR, the system automatic will exchange them and charge to your card if your current paypal balance are not enough to pay.Since now paypal allow trading in MYR, let's say I have USD 50 in my paypal account.
