I have a serious issue here.

I just got scammed by someone online which the payment is made through Paypal.

(Brief story)
He asked me to send money ($30) from a website to his Paypal. I did what he asked.

He said he will pay me back the money, but never... he did not pay me back the money. I've submitted a dispute but the seller is lying for whole thing.

I was using CIMB bank card to made the payment on Paypal. What should I do to get the refund?
