Why don't you use the withdraw button directly? If transfer, I guess the best way is to use Mass payment, as the service charge is 1USD if I'm correct..

Maybe you can try email Paypal support team, they should reply in 1 or 2 days. Should have a correct procedure on withdrawing the funds..
