tune2big cannot verify or add in paypal already? I have tried 3 times. It says my 3 numbers in the back are invalid.

Now giving me this error, "This card has been disabled for entry into the PayPal system. Please add a different card. "

So tune2big cannot use already? I am first time user of tune2big. I have heard many people said it can be used for paypal but why I can't?

I haven't. So I have to register for verified by visa, but where do I register it?
Oh yes, I just reloaded RM15 inside now, but paypal has blocked my card, so nothing can do now

So tune2big card really can't use already? I have verify VBV now and reloaded RM15 inside. But still can't verify. Paypal keeps blocking the card too. Anyone helps?

My tune2big card still can't add to my paypal. It seems tune2big card have failed to add to paypal now. Asked the paypal customer service over 5 times now, still can't add. I have registered VBV and inside have RM15.
Anyone have added tune2big card to paypal successfully recently?
