i cannot link my maybank debit card with paypal acc~

can someone teach me how??

hi everyone ~ i have a noob question here~

When i wan to pay my supplier in oversea, he will charge me 3.9% + 0.9 usd ~

so , if i am using maybank debit card , will i be charge again 3.9% + RM2 for cross border transaction???

i know~ wat i tryin to say is , did maybank charge us when we transfer fund using our debit card?

if maybank never charge when i pay my oversea supplier , its fine for me ~
