I bought USD196 from a seller here and I am charged -USD6.96 so the rates of 3.40 becomes 3.525.

how to do that?i thought its standardize dy? they will charge any service charges to the receipient no matter which method you choose.correct me if i'm wrong |

last week i have enter my maybank debit card to verify my paypal acc. then paypal said need 2-3 days to send me the verification code to verify my paypal. but until today i still not yet receive the code. what should i do? |

The good thing about using this option is that all payments are covered so if seller decides to play punk and not send u item/s, u can file a claim.  The one that does not charge any fees is the second tab "PERSONAL PAYMENTS". This column will be free of the 3.5% charge IF the sender sends funds from his balance, NOT from credit/debit card.  One way to rectify the fees (OR should I say collect back ur fees) is to ask the sender if he can re-send it using the "PERSONAL PAYMENTS" option. BUT first, u need to refund the person the full amount. Just go into the detailed transaction n u see a refund link at the bottom of the transaction. That's about all there is if both sender and receiver is from the same country. If they are not from same country, there is another CROSS BORDER TRANSACTION FEES......
