seriously i would suggest to use public bank visa electron =) so far this is best one.. haha.. u only need to card to verify your account...

for paypal just take the personal account will do... what sort of trading are you into?? if just personal sales and not commercial base... don't need to take business account =)

if u gonna buy stuffs from US.. e.g USD10 x current USD T/T rate.

If you have maybank account already, I would suggest you to straight use the debit card attach to your saving account.
You can just use the card as a dummy only to start your paypal account.

After that, just need buy paypal fund from other people, you can easily find seller in the garage sales.
Rate is 3.35-3.45.
It's better than deducting the money from your debit card.

just my point of view.. no hard feelings ya... =)

for me i would rather not use debit card which are linked directly to SA/CA. anyone who got hold of your card could just spend all the money straight from the card. that goes the same for online as well...

PBVE is a separate a/c. for me.. i only transfer what i need into the a/c when i need to use the card. even if someone got hold of my paypal a/c or even the card itself won't be able to use it. smile.gif

well.. if buyer willing to pay.. then charge the buyer.. else.. if buyer not willing to pay.. then u gotta absorb it.. but depending what u selling and what's ur margin.. prolly u can play around with the % to cover the charges.. =)
