Remember they did deduct some money from your card when doing the verification thingy?
and they send back the fund to you right?
i didn't use it that time.so,now they use the balance in my paypal and charge the balance to my bank account

I think you should verified your paypal since if you want to do any transaction, paypal will limit some of the transaction (eg, certain amount that can be send & received)

If you're not sure whether want to use your actual credit card or not, you can always try VCC (verified credit card).

The differences between CC & VCC is, if you had insufficient amount in your account, for the VCC you have to buy some funds from other paypal seller while for CC, they will charge the insufficient balance on your CC.

Yeah, buying paypal funds from people sure cheaper, i think 3.4-3.5 but nowadays many con cases, just do more checking on that seller before u buy funds from him.... hehe

Hey guys, i have just registered a paypal account. I just need 5 USD or so to buy things.

Is it better for me to top up directly from my bank or better to get from LYN seller? I think from bank better right ? as the amount of USD that i gonna top up is not much and it's safer.

So, if i were to buy from others, do i have to verify my account 1st ?

and if i choose to top up from my bank account, i have to verify right ?

erm btw, how long does it take to transfer my bank money to paypal balance ? do u noe ?

Transfer as services & goods, fee would be deducted from receiver, 3.4%+USD0.30 if transfer from same country, international 3.9%+USD0.30.

Transfer as personal is free from Malaysia registered, and international registered PayPal I think fee would be deducted on receiver around USD0.50 or USD1, forgot.

Transfer mass pay, fee normally on sender, USD1/receiver if I am not wrong but definitely cheaper than normal way.

do you use paypal to sell things? or just do purchasing? account verify alrdy? There are many reasons that paypal asking information from you, including the funny reason. Limited access is in temporary and will be lift in uncertain time, the wait for 180days one is they do final decision to limit you forever and force you to close your account. Even you are innocent, they still will limit your account and open investigation on you due to some automated result they get from their monitoring software...

If your account still got money inside, just follow their instruction by provide yr ic and bla bla bla...there is nothing we can do at here, unless u stay at USA
