i am not sure whether i am on the correct thread or not.

i am 17. i just sign up for pb esso debit card few days ago,still waiting for my card to arrive. I would like to buy thing on ebay. but i know in order to buy thing from ebay.we need paypal right? so i try to register paypal just now. but i found out that i need to be 18 and above to register. I got this error when i was registering "You must be at least 18 years of age to open a PayPal account."

so my question is, can i fake my age at paypal? does it affect me from purchasing and receiving the thing that i purchase from ebay?

and another question(abit off topic) same goes with ebay.i need to be 18 to register. can i fake my age at ebay too?

I've some problem here. I just tried to top up my paypal account. And I did all the insutruction, the fund is from my CIMB clicks saving account. But until now, my paypal account amount is still the same.

However, the transaction status in this "secure online payment" page showed Approved. And the merchant name is RHB OB Paypal.

They have already deducted my money in my saving account

I need help.my friend want to send money to seller in indonesia but cannot use paypal balance as payment method. the balance is sufficient to perform the transaction.any idea? currently the payment method is set to credit/debit card, cannot change to paypal balance

I think his balance is in MYR. So how to change the balance to USD? he wants to pay the seller in USD

So i need to withdraw the fund and then top up again in USD? i dun want to use debit/credit card cuz paypal will cahrge 3.4% for personal payment

I received this error for 2 f***ing days. Anyone can explain to me?
Or is this CIMB fault?

I received no missing top-up funds because I keep receiving the error which made me impossible to top-up and receive missing top-up funds error.

What I need to know is, is it normal for CIMB to behave like that? Since I can log in PERFECTLY fine in another windows but whenever I TRY to top-up using it, I receive 'Login error' instead. It's annoying.

i just top up my paypal acc via fpx and i havent receive it yet.. called customer service, asked me to mail them some stuff... but im having trouble to which paypal email shud i sent those stuff... sigh

so how long usually i hav to wait? it's been 6days since my fund went missing

Oh my god..... I topped up using RHB bank yesterday and it shown that the transcation is not successful but my money was debited from my account now

I've called RHB and paypal but nothing can be done at least for a week.....Now my supplier is going to charge me penalties and I got no money to pay.....

haiz... anyone can help on this on how to escalate the process and speed things up?

finally i have successfully link my maybank and paypal. Paypal charge me RM 10 and refund it to my paypal acc. After it get verify.

Now the question is. how do i spend this RM 10 in my paypal acc.

i did try buying stuff from ebay. the thing cost RM 5.xx. but it deduct from my maybank account instead of paypal account.

hello, i need help from u guys to verify something for me.

i opened a maybank acc already, got the ATM card, opened paypal, already verified n linked...etc

so now, currently in my paypal account theres myr150, and i visited certain websites to shop but apparently they cant complete my the transaction because they want "instant payment". after a while, i found out that:

1."instant payment" can only be done from US bank account to another? is this true?
2.how can i know that the website im shopping can transact in MYR?
--because i just clicked buy on a website thinking that i cannot buy it, but it turns out i can. so now im myr30 poorer haha

3. how do i convert MYR to USD? is it automatic? should i tweak my maybank & paypal account here in there?

i make a payment that cost RM200
it will carry over with the paypal account[RM10]
with debit card?
mean that RM10[paypal account]+RM190[debit card]

i worry that mine RM10 will useless at the paypal account

Can someone here help me? Last month I had successfully top up my paypal account with USD53 using maybank2u to buy an ebay item. Suddenly I changed my mind and didnt buy the item because the delivery time took so long. So I refund the money in my paypal account hoping that it will go to my maybank account back. But it has been more than 2 weeks now and I have not received my USD53. It stated in my paypal history that the refund is complete but no money in my bank account. What should I do?

Hey there i would like to know which bank in malaysia accept paypal? i ask quite a few banks they said they do not know what is paypal... a little confused here since paypal is available in malaysia?
