Go to any branch of Maybank and ask them. Maybe they can help you. Mine can shopping with paypal today. Took 24hours to validate the pin.

I tried that already before you suggested so... but nope, they still deducted from my bank account... this is kinda getting frustrating..

I even wrote in to paypal again but still no reply..

For us Malaysian difficult to top up on our own... Coz we can only link to Credit Card and not link to online banking unlike those from the US.

Unless you got things to sell lor...

I have a suggestion, remove your debit account then they wont deduct from your bank account, when you need it only add it back.

probably best solution

only credit card will work or debit card(i guess) OR either buy paypal funds from others

once you have confirm debit card or credit card with paypal, better not remove it, based on my experience, once remove the card, you cant link again with the same card unless you create the other card. lol
