i assume both the XZ and X Compact will release in October.
IMO, the moment when Sony made a true flagship is around Q3 of the year.

judging from Z5C and Z5, they differ in RM400.

and oh, i should increase my estimation. it should be RM2199, as our unit may ship with dual SIM unit, which is 64GB internal memory.

There's an extra benefit for the full manual controls.
For those whom wanted to create light trail effects, with the right equipment, they can make it. Also, it's good to compensate the high ISO with a lower shutter speed, to reduce noise.

EDIT : oh why, Sony. why you make full manual control, but SS only can go up to 1 sec? sweat.gif

Well, not a big downgrade though. From 4GB to 3GB RAM is still acceptable as long it's smooth. For screen, I still prefer LCD over AMOLED.
Plus, I love the front facing stereo speakers and software. 2 of my Sony phones have yet to lag on me.

EDIT : I may miss the S Pen as it served me well during work. tongue.gif

Camera, judging by the samples, luckily Sony did improve with the XZ. Might not be the best but still it does a good job.

At least it's better than previous gen. The details may be bad but the dynamic range and exposure is better than previous gen Xperia.
