Unless you picked up either the Z3+ or the Z5 which were both sporting the crappy S810 SoC and makes you want to change.

I was impressed with the Z2, and the same for the Z3 which my wife had.

When the Z3+ was out, I picked it up (SG set) but was disappointed with the performance. Same with the Z5 and my wife's Z5 compact, always lagging, slow, battery life appalling.. felt more like a downgrade from the Z2/Z3 (minus the larger internal memory).

It's ok, Xperia XZ is here to hopefully turn the tide with the S820. LOL.

Interesting that shipping date starts 6th October according to that site. Meaning we'll get it earlier than SG, a first as well as they usually get the phones earlier than we do.

For this, blue is an almost given. So many flag ships out there that's black or white or silver or gold.

Blue proves to be something unique and special.

Also, have to hand it to Sony for breaking their usual tradition of super high pricing, and instead, choosing to launch it at a more competitive pricing.

I noticed 11 street mentioning shipping starting on the 6th October (Thursday). Hope this is true! That means 1 week till we'll get it in our hands?

The other thing that Sony surprised me was the speed to the market. Pre-order and details within the month of announcement. All previous series was like 2-3 months wait before coming out.

After owning a Sony Cybershot RX100 camera, I am never satisfied with whatever quality phones will give.

RX100 is also quite compact/pocketable and shoots in RAW too.

I bought extra USB-C cable from eBay already.. also picked up a 256GB card but then DOA, had to return to Amazon. Won't bother with Samsung MicroSD anymore, will just wait for Sandisk to come up with their 256GB card.

Still cheaper than getting 256GB on iPhone, and can be brought forward to any new phones in the future.

Samsung card quite cheap, delivered around RM 800, maybe that's why didn't worked.

But sent it back to Amazon and got my refund already. Will just wait for SanDisk.

Correct, that's why I tried Samsung as they have 256gb, wanted it to arrive before the XZ came out.

SanDisk has already announced their 256gb. Should be out by next month from memory.

It's backwards compatible. If you have a QC3 charger and plug into a QC2 phone, the phone will only draw using QC2.

It didn't worked on any devices, I received a flawed/broken/non-working card.

Tried it on wife's Not 7, on my laptop/desktop, all not detecting the card.

Just called up and it'll be shipped out today via GDex.

But, if you want it sooner, you can self-collect it.

I still have my QC2.0 Aukey chargers.

I'll hold back all my QC3.0 purchases until they come out with new tech to make their chargers smaller.

Their 10k is as big as other brand's 15k or even sometimes 20k chargers..

Yeah, most likely bad luck. I'm sure it usually works fine, just unlucky. Package damaged, card actually has a crack along it. Won't buy anything from Amazon again. At least with PayPal I can get my money back easily. Don't even need to send the item back, just open dispute.
