Overall quite happy with the box. Set up Kodi and also network shares to my shared drive, all is good. Need to find more apps that are android TV and remote friendly.

Looks like a mouse enhances the user experience a lot for those non remote friendly apps.

Current real problem is the random green screen flicker that happens once a while.

Another problem is unable to run Astro on the go, sigh. Anyone, manage to run aotg successfully?

The flickering is not prominent at all, just that u know its there. Doesn't really bother me

DTS and DD passthru all working perfectly. Important or not depends on your need la. Some people watch HD movies but OK with tiny stereo speakers. For me, since my amp able to process DTS and DD and I like watching movie with 5.1 so pass thru is important to me since most players doesn't really decode DTS

How does it compare with hypp TV box in terms of darkness? I have kodi install on hypp TV box.  Just wanted to know comparison between both unit if you have one.

Need help from all shifus , I just upgraded to unifi 30M from streamyx 4M .
Now the GT1 cannot detect both ethernet cable and wifi on the Dlink DIR-850L .
Anyone having the same setup able to connect ? Is this an uncompatible issue ?

unplug lan cable...  used only wifi... go to network on wifi.. connect to 5ghz(for better result)

if used Lan cable make sure it from port 1,2,3

Tried both methods , not working .
When connected with ethernet , the ethernet logo did not appear on the top right side of the screen .
When trying to connect using wifi , no network appears in the screen .
Connect back to streamyx 4M using ethernet , it works perfectly .
What could be the issue here ?

Check phone/laptop can connect to unifi
Not gt1 problem..  maybe unifi

Somehow your new unifi router doesn't assign IP to GT1? Any other device can connect to the new unifi setup ?

Seems that way , tested on smart tv , it works .
