so far only developers get to upload things into xbox live marketplace. dont think so any normal person can upload their own things there... well just my 2cents lah

maybe the programming language is different. so, MS do not worry about the virus because virus is specific. for example, windows virus will not affect mac os pc because the virus is unreadable. well....that's my point of view.

All content that needs to go up on marketplace needs to be signed so no malicious content can get in there.
For XNA games, they run in a sandbox so it can't damage the system. But the risk is higher there lar. |

I read somewhere that you can use the box to browse files on your cd (wallpaper thread), will this expose the box to computer viruses? SOrry tech junkies... me computer noob!
