Want to ask if I am buying laptop from dell (without dvd/cd room one) how am I going to reformat it then?
For Example: Dell Vostro 14 5000 series (no dvd/cd room)

Nowadays if buying laptop from dell, will dell give the original reformat windows cd/dvd?
For Example: Inspiron 14 5000 (with cd room)

Please guide. Thanks.
