3days 2 night enough for prague?
*
Do you know what time you will be reaching on the first day? And what time will be you leaving on the third day?
It is quite enough to see the main sights, but definitely not everything. Also, when will you be going? Which season?
Do you take Pork? Cause Prague has good pork.

Dear all,

Anyone with experienced with Santorini, Greece?

Which part of Santorini is best for honeymoon stay with reasonable budget between rm300-500 perday for 3nights ?

Oia, fila, perissa or?? Prefer with nice sea view ? And not too far from town? As we will be shooting our pre wedding photo at oia.

And also is it advisable to rent a car to travel or travel by their public transport is cheaper?

Please share.

Many thanks in advance!

i havent plan anything yet because i still thinking how many days should allocate to Prague alone.
my travel time are flexible, checking on train timetable i could reach in prague in the morning and most probably leaving the third day in evening time.
going on October. Pork definitely OK for me but does it strong smell compare to pork in malaysia?
Ate once in Munich and the pork smell so strong and i don't like it so much.

One more question, does the sightseeing/attraction nearby to each other?

Hi all, I need some input on my Swiss-Italy trip in 2017, just started to research, perhaps you guys can give some input on the itinerary, so i can take a look further on the places.

Here's some travel info (which i just booked flight without checking where to visit)
- travelling in early May 2017
- stay for about total 15 days (prolly 7 days swiss, 7 days italy)
- touch down at Geneva (transit via Zurich), morning 8am
- trip ends at Rome, evening 8pm

Thanks!

Here's some draft route, not sure if it's doable

Nice. Main sights are In Prague, the old town and new town, the Charles Bridge . You can opt for public transport but mostly walking is just fine. And by that I mean a lot of walking. The scenery is beautiful. Just use Google map. Download the offline area.

I agree with the pork smell, it has something to do with the way they treat the pork or probably just how they cook which is different than Chinese. Haha! But Prague one is good IMHO.

I see a lot of stops and even though they look near to each other in maps they are actually quite a distance in real! This is a lot of cities in 15 days. The trip will be very tiring, are you ready for it? And I see a lot of different stops in Switzerland. I would put more focus on Italy cause the cities are really beautiful, and cheaper too as compared to Switzerland. One day per city is.... Too tiring and you can't really see anything.

Prague is a fairly compact city where walking is highly recommended, bare minimum is 2 full days or 3 full days the better. Bear in mind Prague is heavily touristed in the summer and there is tons of tourist in a compact city, not sure how is the crowd in October, I was there last January and it was perfect for me as there was very less crowd and you can walk comfortably on the Charles Bridge and able to take pictures without too much crowd. You might want to consider staying in Kampa island where is at the middle of Charles Bridge and u get to walk on Charles Bridge everyday.

Most of the major sights are within walking distance in the town but you still need probably 3 days to see most of the attractions, unless you just plan to walk by without spending a lot of time in one single place.

Why do you plan to visit Geneva when your are transiting in Zurich, personally the major cities in Switzerland is not that interesting compared to their counterpart in other parts of Europe, with the exception of Bern and Lucerne maybe. If you want to go to the mountains you will probably have to based yourself in Interlaken unless if you want to go to Zermatt.

If you are in Geneva then do take the boat trip from Geneva all the way to Lausanne or better still take the boat from Lausanne to Villeneuve/St-Gingoloph, you will pass by beautiful vineyard around the Vevey area. You can even do the walk at the vineyard there, also there is a nice Chateau -De-Chilion nearby Montreux.

There is several scenic train ride such as Bernini Express, Golden Pass Line and Glacier Express that you can consider in Switzerland as well but bear in mind everything in Switzerland is expensive.

Iceland is pretty. Traveling is always worth it wherever you go.
Have you been to other parts of Europe though?
