Where you guys get your good pokemon in ipoh. In the hotspots (plan b, Riverfront, ktm) only the usuals.

caught kabuto,dratini n machop at kinta river

riverfront is a dratini nest, but need to be patient, was lucky enough to get around 5 dratinis within an hour there

any nest for charmander? seldom see it... if not mistaken it is at DR park.

Dratini/Staryu/Psyduck/Magikarp/Slowpoke at Kinta Riverfront, Charmander at DR Park.

Damn. Was in Ipoh last 2 weeks ago, but didn't manage to get to Riverfront. Else I would have caught a lot of them.

I was in Ipoh last 2 weeks ago, and I can give you a quick report....

1) Fairpark - quite a number of uncommon to rare Pokemon spotted (PsyDucks, Magmar, Eggxecute, Digilet). But you will need to go quite in to the housing areas to find them. Main road will be sparse.

2) Stadium Perak / Velodrom Rakyat - the usual (Pidgeys, Ratata and Caterpies).

3) Ipoh Garden / Simee - again the usual ones, but I did find 2 Slowpokes there.

4) Ipoh Parade - a mixed bag. There are Pincers, Seahorse, Goldfish, a Bulbasaur... but lots of the usuals. Beware though, there is only ONE POKESTOP at the complex, and it's situated near the Weil Hotel fountain. You will need to be at the Starbucks to "access" the Pokestop. Lures are often placed.

5) Greentown / Dataran Ipoh - caught a few Bellsprouts and 2 Ghastly.

6) Taman Rekreasi Sultan Abdul Aziz - one word.... DISAPPOINTMENT. The best Pokemon found there is Nidoran.

after reading this thread, should i conclude best place in ipoh to capture pokemon is at riverfront?

i want to capture dratini as much as i can

My friend caught dratini, magmar & geodude in 5 mins space at the river near plan b ( in front of old big nasmir)

walking around plan b found 1 charmander, should go to river nearby

then went to taman DR also found 1 charmander but don know whict spot is the nest coz taman DR so big.

riverfront is the best, lots of pokestop. sometimes 2-3 got lure, lots of magikarp.

still can't find dratini yet

Just in case if I'm going back to my hometown in BG, where I can find those mons?

Head to ipoh, DR Park, Kinta Riverfront & area Plan B quite a nest. Lots of poke-stops also except for DR Park. I live in Parit, so far to go there always

Ate, dok kampung. Koje pn kt lambor, jenuh cari pokemon. Nk pi ipoh jauh, nk cr poke-stop plg dkt pn bote. Waze le jln pi ipoh..

Kg teman kt kg pisang yg ada stesen ktm nun. Tak jauh pun nak pi Ipoh tapi teman tak drive. Balik kg pun jarang hahaha! Kot lah nanti pi sana tak tau nak main pogo kat mana boleh mati kutu teman ni 😂

tp batu gajah pn ok, ade poke-stop ngn gym gak. tp nk cari yg rare tu ssh la sket kot...

Dratini in sighting area bota kiri around 6pm juz now, 2-3 times going here & there but no luck. Hard to search coz rural area, small road leads to a house 😂

Dratini now basically spawn everywhere in Ipoh after the 3rd Nest Migration. As long there are magikarp spawn, there are small chance of Dratini spawn. but KRF have to highest spawn.

Oh, no wonder dratini in sighting yesterday around taman tasik taiping. There's also lots of magikarp. Still no luck to search coz was driving in jam & with family 😑

Georgetown, Penang. With the many quaint streets lining this city, these little monsters could also be masking as part of the famous murals.

anyone knows where can i find Dratini in KL Cheras area
