all I can say is mua ha ha ha ha.....
              but to avoid this being a spamm post..... what I can really say is, change the management. also, its about time they have a wake up call....bad quality.....bad service....expensive spare parts.....bad designs....20 year old technology....... time has come that they should realise squeezing consumers blood must come to an end.....
