Good job to the designer. The designer corrected some of the things I don't like about ES semi D in the first place. - amended the floor plan to make it an open floor plan (combined living, dining, and kitchen). That's one of the main reasons I selected TA semi-D previously. - remove the hardly use balcony by extending the rooms.
I also like how the homeowner organizes the family area office upstairs so that he can monitor his kids from behind I would do it on my own teenagers Haha
Nice design no doubt. …. With such extensive decor, panelling and soft furnish…. It is gonna cost like RM 1 mill for the Id works.
No doubt it will be expensive, especially with wall hacking to change the floor plan to make it more open, etc. It's ok la. If ones can afford it, why not? ... We have only one life to live. It's well worth the money spend since it is for own stay and family enjoyment. The experience is priceless.
Very nice. But too luxurious for everyday living - for me la. Prefer minimalism Love the middle entrance, love the ceiling wooden panels, but dislike the prominent marble usage
Yea. Everyone has his /her own preferences for interior design. I think the marble looks awesome. They are timeless and classic.
