QUOTE(PeowYong @ Aug 29 2016, 03:07 PM) how does it attract the mosquito? is it by static water puddle for breeding? it just looks like a buckle of water with a sticker ring around it.. how often do u change the sticky ring? I am currently using UV light CO2 + fan mosquito trap which perform quite well indoor in my house... looking for alternatives also. where you got the indoor trap? I am looking for one too.are u installing it indoor or outdoor? i really dont understand y it will be attractive after a week or 2... looked at 11street & lazada many there but dunno if its functional or not. |

Indoor also can use.
Step 7: Refill water once every 2 to 3 weeks (outdoor) and 4 to 8 weeks (indoor); and change the sticky rings if it is no longer intact. Please note that the sticky ring is waterproof. MyMAT® can function at a minimum water level. |

QUOTE(ck2chan @ Aug 30 2016, 01:07 AM) Indoor also can use. I would not use it inside. What for? It basically asks the mozzies to breed in the trap. Inside you would want to kill the buggers right? The sticky ring wont catch them too well.Step 7: Refill water once every 2 to 3 weeks (outdoor) and 4 to 8 weeks (indoor); and change the sticky rings if it is no longer intact. Please note that the sticky ring is waterproof. MyMAT® can function at a minimum water level. |

QUOTE(danieln @ Aug 29 2016, 05:58 PM) where you got the indoor trap? I am looking for one too. I am using Rex mosquito trap. Can get it in Ace Hardware.looked at 11street & lazada many there but dunno if its functional or not. Not cheap though, bought it more than 1 year ago for around RM170, but quite effective. Using it 24/7. Changed 2 times for the UV tube in 1st year (under warranty) and serviced the fan myself when it is not spinning well. |

QUOTE(ozak @ Aug 30 2016, 11:52 AM) Last time using this also. u threw it away? kinda wasted... it is still usable with some servicing...Very effective. But the UV light very low lifespan. 1 yrs at least change like 2-3x. Throw away recently after longtime didn't use anymore. The service center also told me there's some batches that comes with lower quality UV tube.. that's why mine was changed 2 times in a year. The 2nd time changing, they replaced it with higher quality and longer lasting UV tube.. |

QUOTE(ozak @ Aug 30 2016, 12:38 PM) Been using for many yrs. Warranty over liau. what can i do to catch one lizard? Brought the original UV tube also cannot last longer. 1 yrs change few time become high cost usage. Quite expensive also. So I don't border to change anymore when the last UV light spoil. recently i saw one lizard in my house. i tried the glue trap, which works very well at my previous home but somehow here it doesnt work at all. one evening i came back and saw the bugger again and manage to catch it. relieved i thought everything ok but few days later, i noticed still got lizard droppings. but the second lizard i never see it before but i know its still there somewhere. my place not many places to hide cause most of my furniture are exposed kind and yet I cant find it. btw i dunno how it came in as I always closed all my windows and doors. my main door do have some gaps which i insulated it with weather striping foam from Daiso. now the question - how do i trap this one fella? |

I engage the pest control. And they use some poison food or whatever inside a cardboard. It actually use for trap croackcoach. But somehow the lizard also go in. Now less lizard liau. Try the tesco or giant for some croackcoach trap like cardboard. Put some small food and place at some corner place.. See it work or not. |

Sometime they go in my rubbish back in kitchen and search for food.Sometime the location placing is important. Even the pest control placing many, not always get trap the lizard too. |
