Acer R241Y, No built-in speakers?

Hello guys.
Anybody using this monitor from Acer? Just bought it yesterday. It is beautiful! But anyway, I checked their official website, it stated that there are built-in speakers on this monitor. I connected to my laptop as external display via HDMI, and there's no sound coming out at all. Tried with multiple HDMI cables including the one included in the box, no sounds. But when tried with all the same HDMI to my TV, there are sounds coming out on the TV!  |

Just contacted Acer. They said Malaysia model doesn't come with speaker. UK model, yes
