I have reset my router yesterday and follow the guide to setup my router gateway.

Internet have been up successful but my VoIP service show me not registered. I have follow the guide like

Username : 03xxxxxxxx
Password : 03xxxxxxxx1

But it still show me not registered, I try change the phone cable but it still same. Called there customer service yesterday afternoon but didn't get any help, the staff just close the phone after ask my phone number.
Wait for whole day still same result, nothing change.
