Can anybody answer me that why APDL pricing is differ from pricing that CS was told all the time, 700psf? APDL stating min price are 719k for the smallest unit 876sqft.

Hmmmm...CS front desk refuse to tell the reason why and I wonder is that related to hidden agenda?

Need to concern anything for the snp between the APDL pricing? Or can just ignore?

thats the huge different between 719k and 535k smallest unit stated in the sms as well.

Hahaha I'm not leaving lar, just out of my curiosity. It's like the account sheet cannot balance the figure make you gatal very much. Anyway that's doesn't answer my question why it's different, I know different viewing different plan has different pricing.

Start with 700psf doesn't gel with 700k minimum price in APDL that's my only question.
