Thanks for the link. Cant foresee the property price in coming few years as too much affordable house coming to the town d...especially by AK. Long run for 700 psf, i believe will be nice as current subsale d about 800-900psf.
Another concern here will be the PPA1M in the next door. hmm.gif

+1...personally think they shouldn't launch more than 750psf for high floor park view unit as:
1)this is the super corner location on whole Desa Park City
2)More unit
3)Near NKYE
4)PPA1M and church in next door
5)West Side Subsale is only running about 800-850 psf with its better location + lesser unit+no PPA1M beside.So 800psf is not practical for South Brook.
Hope they launch very very good price.kekeke

Not booking available yet...there is sales kit and Scala model in the gallery. Must pay a visit there if really keen. Smaller size not many unit. Staff there mention can register at their website and they will keep you posted. Dunno true or not la😄

I do visited to the gallery but before the Scala model done.
700psf + 850+sf for 2 room + about 600k in Desa Park city...really nothing to complaint about. 😄
