I don't think this is how PPC operates.

The last few properties launched in Parkcity were all pay 10% first then sign the SPA.

Correct me if I am wrong please.

I guess you will all be surprised how many units have already been taken in Tower 1 when they launch. I certainly was.

Cant help you with C1 unit pricing, sorry.

But use the approx. RM psft that you already have from a few sources here. Add/deduct 2-3k per level. use 3-5% price difference between west park facing and central park facing. And you should be almost there. Just my 2 cents...

Understand that you are excited and maybe a bit frustrated. But a RM200psf difference?? Really? Please think again. This is completely unreasonable friend. And if you cool down a bit you know that also :-)
