QUOTE(Longshot @ Apr 27 2017, 01:12 PM) Noted. All precincts info can go to their website and find out. There's info on number of units, acreage and density for every precinctAny idea / estimates on the number of landed units in DPC? After the 5 future condo projects and future commercial center in ParkCity Towncenter, there will be no more land in DPC for development. Do you know the estimated time frame for all this? Another 5 years? |

West park view may look nice now but on dpc website masterplan says it's a school reserve. Got possibility next time no park there.
Central park view also may look nice now but there will be 2 future condos coming up. Swimming pool view ok la can see some ppl swimming and can see Country Heights bungalows on the hill across the highway. Downside is it will be noisy. One of the busiest stretches of highways in Klang Valley. KL city view not too bad also wor. Can see parkcity heights and kl city skyline if unit high enough. Too bad also will be slightly affected by noise. Anyway my 2 cents only. Take my words with a spoonful of salt |

QUOTE(submergedx @ Aug 25 2017, 02:14 PM) Can anybody answer me that why APDL pricing is differ from pricing that CS was told all the time, 700psf? APDL stating min price are 719k for the smallest unit 876sqft. The CS tell you nett price and round DOWN to the nearest hundred maybe? Hmmmm...CS front desk refuse to tell the reason why and I wonder is that related to hidden agenda? Need to concern anything for the snp between the APDL pricing? Or can just ignore? QUOTE(submergedx @ Aug 25 2017, 02:42 PM) thats the huge different between 719k and 535k smallest unit stated in the sms as well. To be honest I also not sure why. Even the prop i bought before the lowest price also the APDL minimum price was higher then the lowest selling price. Maybe the sifu janitor might answer uyet still waiting for verification. |
