Brooks? Yeah hav seen quite a number of desperate sellers. Units hav been snapped up in no time n when u realised it the spa oledi signed. It's not entirely rite to say there r no desperate owners here. Less is Wat I agreed. As mentioned buyer profiles r different in every single parcel here. A simple example, u dun see mansion throwing price. U dun see casaman asking cheap rental. Howeva it doesn't mean cheaper rental represent lousy development. Some stratafied landed units r renting out cheaper than a mid size condo. That's mainly due to many owners actually entered dpc market more than decade ago. The low entry price with some of them free fr encumbrance hav enabled owners to b competitive. At the same time there r some vely basic newly vped units renting lower than expected price. Why? Vely simple. Ff vs basic unit.

Looking from project perspectives - the landscaping; unit layout; workmanship etc are of DPC high-grades.
It could be that, if we look at this project in comparison of the price point to other project in the neighborhood, it could be considered a little bit ordinary? But this doesn't mean that it is of lower class. Also, looking at the size and density of this project, it is not an apple to apple kind of comparison to other projects in the neighborhood.
