Look for a unit at WestSideIII, still a few developer units available and if you buy it today you will be able to celebrate Christmas in your new condo.

Definitely a nice place to stay.

Even better if it is within your budget rent a unit through AirBNB for a few weeks to see if it is for you, if you can wait and it interests you enough buy a unit at Park Regents or South Brooks isn't bad too.

both towers structures should be done and car parking podium is at Level 7 i guess..

Hopefully can completed everything within another 15-18 months..

Very sorry, biggest unit are all gone long long ago.
Left mainly the medium size 3 bedder and 2 bedder.
Mostly if not all in tower 2 facing 2 jagung.

For most accurate, please check at sales office or with my boss, he has the latest info up to the very latest seconds.

actually i am curious.
does that suggest that people are predominantly buying bigger units for own stay purpose?

or does it suggest that DPC overall is not hot commodity for small units?
are there any demand for small units at all be it local or foreigners in DPC?

Tower 1 mostly sapu by repeat buyers, ownstay or not I don't know 🤷
Tower 2 mostly 1st time buyers of DPC, can say most are for ownstay especially the 3 bedders.

Smallest type A and biggest type D was gone within a few days or a week.
Small also ppl hoot, big also ppl hoot.

Maybe my boss can give more insight.

Here is a picture of the available units from website for your reference.

Tower 1 was open for sale first.
It is also furtherest from the highway.
Everyone grab that tower first as it is the only available.
Tower 2 was open to public under a special preview day.
Many queue overnight for a unit.

Layout wise, both tower are similar.
Views, like my boss say, is very subjective.
Up to individuals.
Some say SB has the lousy views but some also say it's one of the better ones bcos located at a corner, u can see a good deal of the entire DPC.

To me, personally, the very best view everyday is waking up and seeing your other half beautiful face.

Priceless !!!
