Wah Wat a bz day at the bz dpc showroom. Quite a number of ppl came to ask for brooks info. Gd gd. But boh gd for siudai as washing Chee sor non stop 😑😑😑

Anw any1 can now call in to ofis to enquire for the details liao la. No need guess. Onli small part not firmed. The rest oledi on paper. Cluster home kinda design but hanging in the sky. Gd or bad siudai dunno. Just think the design is fine to me. Ppa1m??? Sure got more con than pro lo. But til it's there hard to know as the rest r just speculation gua to mention Wat ll happen.

Would it affect the price in dpc??? Well price and value r different hor. Kns ocp sold above 1kpsf in subsales. Hearsay. No proof. Maybe can ask agents.

Boss Brooks is in dpc. In fact ws series and few of the brooks units r having the best dpc view. Central Park condos can onli giv u half the view of entire dpc.

Many keep saying ws and brooks r away fr dpc bcos they dun hav the real life sexperience ma. It's as thou comparing china dolls and Russian dolls. Unless 1 has sexperience in both then can compare with facts I guess.

If u ask me there r few lands at ridgewood actually hav the bestest view. But why noone put in such argument???

Both ws side and parkcity heights hav almost same walking distance to central park. Both r peaceful part of dpc. Not so hectic or less convenience compare to living around central park.

To me I'm fine with both as I hav sexperience east south West north and can stil cont sexperience any if I need to. πŸ™ŠπŸ™ŠπŸ™Š

Dun take my words silios. I tok kok in the morning as usual. 10mins to go b4 I start washing the smelly toilets.
