After going to the gym and sweating, is it better to shower with cold or warm water? By the way my gym is air-conditioned, one of those commercial gyms

Cold.

Not just after gym but each time I took a bath.

Even early morning at 5 am.

Warm or hot water will make your skin dry.

A hot shower first...to let the blood rush to the muscle to flush out the toxin and to finish it off with a cold shower to tighten up the skin.
well....that's how i like it anyway thumbup.gif

obviously hot/warm water will make your face flush.....it's normal, but it's definitely not due to dryness (cos you're in the shower)

Actually a hot shower is good after exercise cos it bring out the blood to the muscles and skin so that they could flush out the toxins that was produce when you exercise.

Sweat comes out of your skin, not blood, unless if you have a cut. Is this some kind of broscience?

Yes it's the kind of science that you'll probably won't understand
