The gym that I go to has weight plates in pounds, and the lowest is 2.5 pounds. I'm doing a linear progression program and for bench press and overhead press, I've been increasing 5 pounds to the Olympic bar each time I workout.
But I think I need to start adding 2.5 pounds instead, because it's getting heavy. I've been trying to find these 1.25 pound plates in fitness and sports shops such as Fitness Concept, but I can't find any.
Anyone here know where to get these 1.25 pound Olympic plates? Or suggest to me some alternatives on how to microload. I've searched online and some websites suggested to use washers
