Children Art Center take over

Currently only open for children hobby class on weekend (Saturday & Sunday only) , part time income >RM10,000/month
Ard 100 students, without marketing. (it can be increase if you have time for marketing)
Strategic Location : Surrounded with few schools (Public/Independent) and few more famous tuition center. / Pasar Pagi nearby walking distance
Rental : Cheap rclxms.gif
Current time table/working hours : 11 hours/week

Reason for sales : Owner has other businesses going on and travelling to oversea very often.
