Spending a huge sum of money on flops like Shevchenko and Torres doesn't hurt as much because of how rich the owner is. It's another thing when you sell a player as talented as KdB who now goes on to be a key player for a title rival. This mistake will hurt Chelsea much more than any other.

Pogba is good but he is not 85m good.

Pogba is overrated at Juventus because of how good they are collectively. At Juve he had Vidal (one of the best midfielders of this generation) and Marchisio (one of the most underrated midfielders of this generation) alongside him. Behind him he had some of the best defenders in the world to cover up his defensive liabilities.

The 2nd Okazaki goal was all on Alonso. Okazaki was right next to him on the wings until Alonso charged out to close down the ball leaving Okazaki a free run onto goal. Luiz was occupied by Schlupp in the box and he reacted immediately when he saw it but was too late.

Have a look at his Juventus midfield - Vidal, Pogba, Marchisio, Pirlo. Bar Pirlo because of his age, all others are well rounded midfielders who are creative, can run, attack and defend. Fabregas, Matic and Oscar are too one dimensional. You know what they can offer but that's all there is to them. Clearly not the best options in Conte's ideal setup.

£60m per season for 15 years for a total of £900m. Isn't it a little silly though to lock yourself into a 15 year contract with the way football money inflates? Sure you could break the contract but you would still have to pay the severance package which would be massive considering the length of this contract.
