u don't see the point of Co-founder and early employee, also 10% of equity is kind of high for employee leh .... for me i see 10% is way too much for early employee, just we not sure what their both early agreement ...
do your math:
Seed -10%
Series A - 10%
Series B - 10%
Elite Team - 10% ???
Employee  how many % ???

If CTO 10%, than how abt CEO, CFO, CCO n so on ? so what left for the founder ?

If you are a tech based company with a product that is run primarily by tech, more weightage should go to the tech guy. If you are a finance based company, more weightage should go to the CFO. It's common sense really. Unless the founder promises a acceptable salary to the product designer or whatever.

so 10% is not enough ? Techbase, finance base or anything, is still come to the end dollar and cent. mutual agreement and promises must keep but when it turn out other way or threaten, leave it ....
i don't see that co-founder or tech guy fault in this situation, but escalator it doesn't help at all ....

On the contrary I think he has the right to escalate it if really what he has gone through is true. He is helping warn other potential developers with his experience. It's no different than the website glsssdoor where employees can provide feedback on their employing companies, helping other potential candidates that are considering to join the company.

Of course if what he says is untrue, then Grabgas should defend themselves and take legal action against him. Let the law run its course.

seriously not interested in it ... but more interested in grabgas ceo now.

You don't even understand and refuse to read the complaints coming from him but you are passing judgement.

He was offered 10% vested over 3 years without salary. It is like being paid rm3k per month. He isn't a fresh grad he can command much higher salary outside. He asked for at least 10% over 1 year with salary but that wasn't agreed.

From their statement, they said "on grounds of inconsistency in the disclosure of data. The decision follows a comprehensive review which concluded on Tuesday"
