Just finish the call with their support. And she told us that we actually need to call them to provide name, contact no, serial no and IMEI no so that they can arrange a new set of Note 7 for us in 3 - 4 weeks time.
Guys do call now and get your new set of Note 7. Even your current set is working fine (mine was fine), but its advise to get exchange to new set from them. |
