did every 1 open the mySamsung app to check the warranty??
mine 1 status : not registered on mySamsung

then I click the LEARN MORE button , it show :

mySamsung app have live chat..
I just confirm with them .. warranty already regsiter smile.gif
just the app have some issue cannot show the warranty status.

my phone use up 3.1 gb ram... available only 3.44 gb..
lol.... btw, i installed about 12x app in my phone.

how about you guys?

u already crack? yesterday i just bought the smart warranty (1year screen crack + extended 1 year warranty )
RM249. if I crack the screen.. just need to pay RM100 to replace the screen only. ( 1 time only )

if u are not purchase this plan, it will cost you about RM1k+

To date (as of September 1) there have been 35 cases that have been reported globally and we are currently conducting a thorough inspection with our suppliers to identify possible affected batteries in the market. However, because our customers’ safety is an absolute priority at Samsung, we have stopped sales of the Galaxy Note7.
For customers who already have Galaxy Note7 devices, we will voluntarily replace their current device with a new one over the coming weeks. Customers may contact Samsung Malaysia Careline at 1-800-88-7799 for further enquiries of their current Galaxy Note7 device before replacement takes place.
We acknowledge the inconvenience this may cause in the market but this is to ensure that Samsung continues to deliver the highest quality products to our customers. We will work to ensure the replacement experience is as convenient and efficient as possible.
