You problem is just a small issue. Just go to your nearest telco and change it back to micro/mini sim. Once you get the new Note 7, change again. I know you are frustrated. but that's the only way to fix your problem for now.

Just called samsung line, there is an option for Note7 (press #7) after you have chosen the language

same like the previous posting, just give emei and serial number along with your contact details, marketing team will call later.

the samsung guy did not give the date for new phone, he confirm 1 to 1 exchange, he said it is effecting 7000 of unit in Malaysia.

no need to send in to any SC, just wait for the call

most important is the resit he said ( luckily i did not throw away the receipt)

No. What I meant was to give them your info at the service counter. At least you'd get an acknowledgement record
Do they give you a reference code number for back tracking later on ?

I just called them, The CS guy says although Malaysian sets not effected Samsung is going to replace all 1 to 1, he doesn't even wants my IMEI number. He only ask for the Name and phone number. I suspect he doesn't even recorded the phone number.
Every CS have different answer.
