This. Exactly.

The call center seems to sort of adhoc.. i assume its been set up by SME team themselves. Compared to their stores and SC's which are handled by external teams. Giving a call to them is the best way for them to keep track of users rather than compiling various info from their SC branches.. its about the most efficient way to do it.. save time and hassle to go to SC.

maybe 3-4 guys from LYN forums are willing to go physically, but maybe the other 6993 owners would prefer this approach..

Maybe they already have your info? like me, once i gave my phone number they immediately spoke out my full name.

Maybe same battery drop to 0% case as mine. And, u need to connect to a proper charging method, and not via PC USB as u said as the drain is absolute 0% with no juice as it will take very long to start filling up as it needs higher current to properly charge.. this what i tested with my various battery drops since 29 Aug... hmm.gif

The "collect at place of purchase" for people who bought frm maxis,courts,sh, etc seems vague.. what if no info given to the partners?

And how will the 1yr screen protection registration be done as u r at partner premise.. not samsung. How? Later different drama pula..
