I saw lots of people wanna take advantage of the recall program by dunk the phone in the water (not gonna say it will damage the phone though), use it without case, remove the screen protector, change to old charger and so on.

So sad for our Malaysian mentality and low civic awareness. No wonder the operator or authorised seller here never afford to offer 90 days full refund or exchange like what people in other countries enjoy.

Hope all manufacturers learnt from mistakes. Return back the REMOVABLE  ‌‌‌battery.!!!

With removable battery, we just plug in the fully charged but "cool" state/temperature. If fixed ‌battery, we keep on "use-charge-use-charge-use-charge" non-stop that makes the heat prolong forever inside the same trap-in-water-tight-body of the phone....

Sad news for note 7. Now i have to postponed to buy it. Hope that samsung will resolve the issue fast.

I'm Note 7 user too. I don't have any issue with my phone now. No bootloop No freeze.

Should I return the phone to Samsung now? Or should I wait till replacement stock is arrived?

Oh well, Samsung should recall and get the customer to return the phone as soon as possible to avoid anymore unwanted accident.

They will cover the lost in the next flagship.
